Job summary

Psalm 51 10 LLC is seeking an Area Manager to supervise cleaning teams and ensure service specifications are met while keeping work on budget. You will lead staff, manage labor costs, and coordinate scheduling for multiple accounts while reporting progress to leadership.

Required are 3-5 years in a management or janitorial leadership role, plus 1+ year of customer service experience. This on-the-road position offers full- and part-time options with varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning specifications are fulfilled and work is completed on budget (labor and chemical).
• Manage team leads and supervise frontline staff.
• Conduct interviews and hire employees based on proven process.
• Manage labor budget in assigned area and adjust strategy if over budget.
• Schedule workloads for new and existing accounts.
• Report daily in area manager reports and attend weekly staff meetings.
• Oversee all aspects of operating the business in your area.
• Work hours required to perform duties and support business success.

Position Title: Area Manager

Reports To: Branch Manager

Supervises: Team Leads and/or Frontline employees

Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on budget (labor and chemical)

Major Responsibilities

• Clean assigned number of hours on a regular basis (if applicable)
• Manage team leads
• Conduct interviews and hire employees based on proven process
• Manage Labor budget in assigned area.
• Put together strategy if over budget how to come into alignment
• Manage CleanSmarts time management system
• Scheduling: work loading new and old accounts
• Assist in building the management team as the need arises and the budget allows under the direction of the Director of Operations
• Report nightly via an area managers written report. Report accounts for time
• Attend staff meetings held weekly accounting for time, tasks complete, tasks yet to complete, problem solve with Director of Operations and Owner(s)
• Every and all aspects of managing the general operation of the business in your area
• Work whatever hours necessary to perform the above duties and any other duties not listed but required for the business to be successful.

Requirements
