You will lead and coach Supervisors and Cleaning Associates, maintain service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction in a multi-site territory. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple locations with shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in janitorial, facilities management, housekeeping, operations, or service industries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work evening hours and travel throughout the assigned territory.

• Maintain communication with customers, team members, and company leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed

This leadership role is responsible for managing multiple customer accounts, supporting frontline teams, maintaining service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction across an assigned territory.
