Job summary

Big Bear Mountain Resort in Southern California is seeking a seasonal Maintenance worker to assist inside and outside, performing routine building maintenance, custodial tasks, snow clearance, and safety duties across three resort properties. You’ll help keep facilities clean and safe for guests and staff throughout the season.

The starting wage ranges from $19.00 to $22.80 per hour, depending on experience, with employee perks including season passes, staff discounts, and a path to continued

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping services.
• Ability to read, understand and comply with safety and maintenance documents.
• Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Position Summary

Provides assistance inside and outside, performing routine and preventative building maintenance, custodial services, picking up trash, clearing snow covered paths, and making sure buildings are secure.

Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - 22.80/hr. depending on experience.

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Basic knowledge of and/or training in housekeeping services
• Ability to pass the Company certification to operate equipment
• Able to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Have a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations
• Ability to record data accurately and in a timely fashion
• Able to work flexible schedules, including second and third shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
