Walmart is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Mount Pleasant, IA to oversee daily warehouse maintenance, equipment, and facilities. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and spending to meet performance goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance environment.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job trainings such as Academy trainings.
• Strong supervision and coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Monitor and enforce OSHA, NFPA, Storm Water, DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff; assign duties and review performance.
• Manage expenses and capital expenditures; monitor budgets and asset utilization.
