Amazon’s Reliability & Maintenance Engineering team is hiring an Area Maintenance Manager to lead a dynamic maintenance team, develop strategies, and drive safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. You will balance proactive planning with real-time problem resolution, oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate with operations, and mentor technicians and automation engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME experience.
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure strict safety protocols during maintenance activities site‑wide.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor MHE metrics and partner with teams to address performance issues.
