Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field plus 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 year’s Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years’ Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• May require completing training programs such as Academy trainings or Open Door trainings.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to implement the area business plan and manage staffing, scheduling, and workloads.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, monitor performance, provide feedback, and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching and evaluation.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies, procedures, and documentation; ensure compliance.
