Job summary

The Simplot Company in Bakersfield seeks an Area Location Manager to oversee multiple locations in the South Valley, including SGS Bakersfield, Edison and Hanford. You will drive operational excellence, asset utilization, logistics performance, and safety while building strong teams.

This role requires strategic planning, budget and capital management, and the rollout of new technology platforms across facilities. Travel up to 50% and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, transportation, or related industries
• Experience implementing technology solutions and business systems
• Strong understanding of asset management, fleet management, inventory control, and business planning
• Advanced Microsoft Office and operational software proficiency
• Valid driver license
