Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking an Area Location Manager to oversee operations across the Red River Valley, including Crystal, ND and Stephen, MN. You will drive operational excellence, maximize asset utilization, and lead safety and team effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Travel up to 50% is expected as you coordinate across multiple sites, develop budgets, and implement new digital tools to improve efficiency and service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, transportation, or related industries.
• Experience implementing technology solutions and business systems.
• Strong understanding of asset management, fleet management, inventory control, and business planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and operational software proficiency.
