The Simplot Company is seeking an Area Location Manager to oversee multiple sites including Crystal, ND and Stephen, MN. This role drives operational excellence, asset utilization, logistics performance, technology adoption, safety, and team effectiveness.

You will lead cross-site operations, implement new technology, and develop plans and metrics to ensure profitable, compliant performance while building strong teams in a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, agriculture or related fields.
• Experience implementing technology solutions and business systems.
• Strong understanding of asset management, fleet management and inventory control.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and operational software proficiency.
