7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee in Albuquerque to oversee 12–14 stores and develop a region-wide leadership team. You’ll train Store Leaders, implement merchandising programs, control cash and inventory, and drive service excellence across a busy retail network.

The role requires a 4-year degree or 5+ years of district/regional operations management, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to manage budgets and staffing for multiple locations.
