Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in staffing, training, and supervising store leaders
  • Implementing merchandising, managing cash and inventory, motivating teams, and promoting customer service
  • Profit and loss management skills, including budgeting, sales maximization, and expense control
  • Setting and monitoring performance goals
  • 4-year degree or 5+ years managing district or regional retail operations
  • Ability to relocate after training
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multitask, be self-motivated, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
