Job Title: Field Events Specialist (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: Remote (must reside in the United States)

Job Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week). Must be available 50–75% of the time during Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM hours (any U.S. time zone).

Travel: 1-2 times

About the Role

We’re looking for a Field Events Specialist to take full ownership of both virtual and in-person events—from strategy and planning to execution and post-event follow-up. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver engaging, lead-generating experiences that support broader business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, manage, and execute in-person and virtual events (webinars, trade shows, user groups, workshops).
• Oversee all event logistics: venues, vendors, travel, materials, and scheduling.
• Shape event content with internal subject matter experts to deliver value to attendees.
• Coordinate with marketing on presentations, handouts, and promotional content.
• Drive event attendance and post-event lead follow-up with sales and marketing partners.
• Track KPIs and report on event performance, engagement, and ROI.
• Maintain event budgets and contracts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Build strong relationships with partners, organizers, and stakeholders.

Who You Are

• 3+ years’ experience managing in-person and virtual events (especially field events) for B2B events
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strategic mindset—able to align events with broader marketing and sales goals.
• Ability to articulate how you structure past field events, what business impact it delivered, and how you measured outcomes.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Proficient with event tools (e.g., ON24, Zoom, Eventbrite).
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
• Familiar with lead capture, sales ops, and ROI tracking.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering engaging experiences.
