Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks an Area Supervisor to oversee programs supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role partners with clinical teams, families, and leadership to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of program goals.

Salary is $59,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs. Prior supervisory experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related experience or higher degrees as listed.
• Progression through education with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience aligning program goals with regulatory and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to assigned program staff.
