Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team of drivers in OTR or intermodal settings.
• 2+ years as an OTR driver or yard/dispatch experience equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Samsara products and fleet data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations across the area to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor area performance and identify patterns; bring forward insights before issues escalate.
• Adjust staffing, processes, or priorities in real time to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and attendance across the area.
• Lead by example on safety and 5S standards across shifts.
