Perrigo is seeking a Packaging Team Lead to drive operational excellence in our manufacturing environment. You will provide leadership and hands-on support to packaging operations, championing safety, quality, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Quality and Maintenance to optimize performance.
This full-time, on-site role features 6am–6pm ET shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule and starting pay of $25.88/hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Shift Details:6am-6pm ET on a repeating 2-2-3 schedule that may require holiday work when applicable.(Week A: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat; Week B: Sun, Weds, Thurs)
Expected Pay: Minimum starting pay of $25.88/hour with the potential for increased starting pay based on experience and qualifications
In March of 2025, Perrigo announced that the Georgia, VT facility will close with an estimated date of July 2027. However, we want to make the remaining work experience with us as compelling as possible!
Perrigo is committed to offering a highly competitive severance package for employees who see this project through to completion. At the time of the plant closure, if your tenure length is at least 12 months, you would be entitled to 52 weeks (one year’s worth) of base pay, bonus, and company-paid COBRA coverage for up to 1-year following your exit. For employees with less than 12 months’ tenure at the time of plant closure, they will receive 36 weeks (9 months) of base pay, bonus, and COBRA coverage. These severance offerings would be consistent with the terms of the Perrigo Company plc Severance Policy for U.S. Employees. From a new employee’s start date with Perrigo through their role completion, employment with Perrigo will remain as full-time, regular, benefits-eligible, and at-will employment classification.
As a Packaging Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, product quality, and team success within our manufacturing environment. This position provides leadership and hands‑on support to packaging operations while championing continuous improvement, safety, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (i.e. Quality, Maintenance, etc.) to optimize performance, resolve challenges, and ensure packaging runs efficiently.
