Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance programs across assigned stores in the Lexington area. You will manage relationships with outsourced providers for equipment, property and plant, ensuring compliance with governance and budgets.

You will lead multi-site maintenance efforts, monitor KPI performance, and drive cost-effective improvements through data-driven analyses. Travel to sites is required, and strong communication and project-management skills are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is acceptable.
• 3-5 years of management of multi-unit retail operations in a franchise environment.
• Construction and/or facilities experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication with emphasis on dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned facilities and maintenance programs.
• Manage relationships with outsourced providers for equipment, property, and plant; ensure compliance with maintenance programs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance processes for the assigned Market.
• Monitor open calls, KPI reviews, and root-cause analysis; handle budget and spend tracking.
• Lead facilities-driven projects for equipment, building systems, and replacements; manage scope and budgets.
