Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Area Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance programs and manage relationships with outsourced providers across designated markets. The role drives efficiency through data-driven analysis, budget oversight, and project leadership.

You will conduct field visits, review KPI performance, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements while coordinating with Operations and Franchisees to deliver reliable store facilities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School plus equivalent experience or Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of management of multi-unit retail operations in a franchise environment.
• Construction and/or facilities experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication with emphasis on dispute resolution.
• Ability to multi-task within competing timelines.
• General knowledge of project management processes.
• Self-reliant and motivated in a non-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance for the assigned Market.
• Monitor open calls, KPI review, and invoices; manage disputes.
• Lead facility-driven projects for equipment and building systems.
• Manage budgets, including variances and cost analysis.
• Conduct site visits to assess service levels and replacement programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Franchisees and stakeholders.
• Represent Facilities in meetings and site visits with operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance programs and regulatory requirements.
