You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, and align priorities to drive client outcomes and business results. You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations while building high‑performing teams and monitoring

• Experience leading teams in a multi‑unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership capability with proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actions to improve results.

Responsibilities
