Job summary

H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices, driving a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and own office readiness and operations across locations.

You’ll monitor performance, guide teams to improved results, and align priorities to strengthen execution and client outcomes while traveling between offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
