H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a trusted, consultative client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive operational excellence, and align staffing, facilities, and compliance with business goals.

You will travel among offices, lead with a hands-on approach, and balance strategic oversight with in-office presence to optimize client outcomes and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance data.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational results across offices.
• Monitor metrics and take action to improve business results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations and staffing across offices are run smoothly.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand with staffing and facilities readiness.
