You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balancing strategic oversight with in-office presence to align priorities and performance. The role focuses on office readiness, staffing, compliance, and delivering strong business results, with travel across offices and a busy, client-focused environment.

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviours and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve results across locations.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness including facilities, recruiting, onboarding for seasonal demand.
