Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail/service with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while overseeing daily ops across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
