Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance and growth.

This role balances strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, traveling between offices to maintain in-person presence and ensure readiness, staffing, and compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices with consistent standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for consistent performance.
• Own office readiness including staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue growth and operational outcomes.
