Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You’ll lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance with a welcoming, confident in‑office presence.

As a hands‑on leader, you’ll manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, align priorities, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail or service environments.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving revenue, growth and operational performance.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Set expectations, reinforce accountability, and drive performance.
