You will own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to drive revenue and strong business results across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands across multiple locations and travel frequently.
• Experience managing facilities, staffing, or compliance.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift up to 20 pounds for office readiness and operations.
• Ability to travel frequently in‑day between offices to maintain presence.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with accountability.
• Provide coaching based on observed performance and real‑time feedback.
• Identify patterns and address performance gaps across offices; develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and take actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness including facilities, equipment, and onboarding.
