H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring an exemplary client experience and strong operational performance. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive consistency across locations.

As a hands‑on, strategic leader, you’ll manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, while using data to guide improvements in client outcomes, revenue, and growth across the office network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead teams by setting expectations, reinforcing accountability, and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes to strengthen team execution.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high‑potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations outcomes across offices.
