Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to guide 4–6 offices, ensuring a high‑quality client experience and consistent operations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands‑on presence, and drive business performance across locations.

You will own office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day‑to‑day operations, while developing bench strength and ensuring readiness for seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day‑to‑day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools and behaviors.
• Lead teams by setting expectations and coaching for consistent performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and outcomes to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and workforce readiness.
