H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, and drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi‑unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Strong leadership capability with coaching and accountability skills.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day‑to‑day operations across multiple locations.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices with minimal overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, outcomes and real-time feedback.
• Own office readiness including staffing, facilities, compliance and daily operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive business results and client acquisition/retention.
• Travel between offices to maintain in-person presence and alignment across locations.
