Work Location Type: Onsite

Compensation: The anticipated base pay range is $86,100 - $143,500. This range is not a guarantee of the actual salary but reflects potential compensation based on job grade and other factors.

Position Details: As the EHS Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage environmental, health, and safety programs across distribution facilities, branches, and offices. You will train staff, provide subject matter expertise, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your role reports to an EHS Senior Manager and involves collaboration with other EHS managers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing EHS programs for compliance and incident reduction.
  • Performing site safety audits and assessments.
  • Building a culture of EHS excellence.
  • Delivering EHS training and communication.
  • Guiding supply chain leaders on EHS matters.
  • Managing improvement initiatives and analyzing safety data.
  • Monitoring and reporting EHS performance metrics.
  • Supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in distribution or manufacturing.
  • Technical safety skills and experience with safety databases.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, ISO standards, and EHS management systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Professional certification (CSP, CIH) preferred.
