Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Murrieta, CA seeks a Representative to implement ministry plans with Directors, ensuring FCA Vision, Mission and Values are lived out through discipleship. You will lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes in prayer, Bible study, worship, and practical service, while building local church connections.

You will engage in ministering through 1-on-1s, Huddles and Events, and oversee recruiting, training, and development of diverse volunteers to advance FCA

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry leadership and spiritual formation.
• Ability to recruit, train and empower volunteers.
• Budget stewardship and donor relations know-how.

Responsibilities

• Implement ministry plans with Directors to fulfill FCA Vision, Mission and Values.
• Lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study and worship.
• Engage coaches and athletes through 1-on-1s, Huddles and Events.
• Oversee recruiting, training, and development of volunteers.
• Communicate with donors and manage finances for the assigned area.
• Support International Region through prayer, giving and going.
