Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience at a Boys & Girls Club or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships within the community.
• Experience in budgeting, fiscal management, and resource allocation.
• Ability to collaborate with schools and diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to implement programs and ensure conformance to policies and regulations.
• Willingness to travel between Club locations and attend off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of Club operations and staff development.
• Oversee grant compliance, reporting, and financial stewardship.
• Maintain high safety standards and implement safety protocols.
• Drive program quality and innovative youth development programs.
• Manage facilities, property maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize technology and administrative systems for data, reporting, and communication.
• Support staff professional development and conflict resolution.
• Recruit, engage, and retain Club members by partnering with schools and families.
• Collaborate with Area Directors and stakeholders to ensure cohesive BGCT operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
