Mission Health Communities is hiring a full-time Area Director of Business Development to lead marketing and business development for our Kansas North Region. You will drive admissions, grow the referral network, and represent the facility to professionals and the community.

The role requires 3 years of healthcare marketing experience, travel across states, and a willingness to work with seniors. A nursing degree and familiarity with Point Click Care are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in health care related marketing.
• Experience with Point Click Care is preferred.
• Nursing degree is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including Word and Excel.
• Desire to work with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business development for Community in Kansas North Region.
• Oversee admissions process and daily census development and maintenance.
• Represent the facility to professionals and the community to expand referral base.
• Analyze the marketplace to identify changing needs of residents and families.
