Job summary

FCA in the Richland County–Columbia area seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director works with the Regional Vice President, staff, and boards to fulfil the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live the FCA Values by developing and executing a ministry plan for the assigned area.

• Ability to develop and implement ministry plans.
• Strong interpersonal and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Agree with FCA's Christian Community Statement and uphold biblical standards.
• Lead and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff and volunteers to grow the ministry.
• Oversee fundraising, budgeting, and donor engagement to fund the ministry.
• Mobilize staff and volunteers for international advancement and regional initiatives.
