Job summary

The Director at FCA in Richland County - Columbia Metro Area will lead the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding across Advancement lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. You will work with the Regional Vice President, staff, and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision and Mission in a strategic, consistent way.

You will provide spiritual leadership to staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes, ensuring alignment with FCA policies and biblical standards while building partnerships

Qualifications

• Commitment to FCA values and policies.
• Experience leading staff and volunteers.
• Ability to recruit and develop diverse staff.
• Strong fundraising and donor engagement experience.
• Ability to coordinate international and regional advancement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training and developing effective and diverse staff.
• Train staff to grow spiritually, personally and professionally.
• Develop a ministry plan and funding strategy across Advancement lanes.
• Coordinate donor, board, talent, and international advancement activities.
• Ensure ministry activities align with FCA policies and biblical standards.
