Job summary

Indiana FCA seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. You will align with the Regional VP, staff, and boards to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live FCA Values by developing and executing a ministry plan for the assigned area.

The Director will lead spiritual discipleship across Sports Environments, ensuring biblical standards and FCA policies are followed,

Qualifications

• Commitment to FCA's Christian beliefs and values as outlined in FCA's Community Statement.
• Daily prayer and Bible study to discern God's will for the ministry.
• Ability to lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through spiritual leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership and oversight for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and example.
• Develop and implement ministry plans across Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International.
• Oversee recruiting, training and development of staff and volunteers aligned with ministry goals.
• Lead fundraising, budgeting and donor engagement to fund FCA area activities.
• Collaborate with regional VP and boards to fulfill FCA Vision and Mission.
