Job summary

Indiana FCA seeks a Director to grow the ministry in the designated area by praying, staffing, and funding through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director will align with leadership to fulfill FCA Vision and Mission and develop a strategic ministry plan for the region while modeling biblical standards and FCA policies.

Qualifications

• Commitment to FCA's Christian beliefs and statements.
• Ability to lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer and study.
• Experience developing ministry plans aligned with an organizational vision.
• Proven track record in fundraising, donor relations, and board engagement.

Responsibilities

• Grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International.
• Align with Regional VP, staff, and boards to fulfill FCA Vision and Mission.
