Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking an Area Director of Membership Sales to drive revenue growth across the California, Hawaii, Alaska, Arizona, and Oregon markets. You will lead Membership Sales Managers in the field, developing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while coaching the team for sustained performance.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement in growth initiatives, with travel across the defined states to build partnerships

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of management/leadership experience preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Able to drive 8–10 hours at a time.

Area Director of Membership Sales

The Area Director is responsible for driving revenue growth within their assigned territory by meeting or exceeding budgeted goals. They lead and support Membership Sales Managers, both new and existing, to develop and expand markets. Success in this role depends on strong leadership-motivating the team, providing guidance, and working directly alongside Sales Managers in the field to ensure performance and market growth.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world.
