The N2 Company is seeking Area Directors to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in local markets. This hybrid role blends in-person client work with a home office setup, offering ownership of a territory and a recurring revenue stream.

You’ll meet local business owners, build advertising partnerships, and grow your publication with the support of a national team and proven systems. This is freedom built on a plan, with step-by-step launch guidance and a clear path to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident status required.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach the homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting community heart.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's tools.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
