The N2 Company seeks Area Directors to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your market. You’ll partner with local business owners, showcase residents and stories, and build a recurring revenue stream.

This hybrid role blends in-person relationship building with a home-office setup. You’ll follow a clear launch plan, own your territory, and grow a business with your name on it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident status required.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting the heart of each community.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's proven tools and processes.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead publication growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
