The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. This role involves building partnerships with local business owners, featuring residents and their stories, and growing a recurring revenue stream.

You will follow a clear launch plan and work a hybrid schedule, combining in-person relationship building with a home-office setup, and you will own your success with national support and training from N2.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident or eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsabilités

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach the homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories that reflect the heart of each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's proven tools and processes.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
