Job summary

Sevita’s ResCare Community Living in Denton, TX seeks an Operations Management Area Director to lead site staff, ensure quality services, and drive program excellence across resident programs.

The role oversees financial performance, budgeting, and compliance, while implementing area growth strategies to increase census and occupancy. You will build relationships with case managers, referral partners, and local government, guiding a team committed to person-centered supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of related experience with significant management in human services.
• Master’s degree in human services or equivalent per state requirements.
• Licensure as required by state

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership, and supervision of staff at the program site to ensure quality services for individuals served.
• Oversee financial performance of the area, review financial statements, purchasing, and ensure billing/compliance.
• Implement area core growth strategy to increase census, maximize occupancy, and assist with new start development.
• Maintain relations with case managers and referral agents; lobby with local legislators and officials on behalf of individuals served.
• Develop and execute area strategies to engage mentors, families, and guardians.
