• Forge Community Connections: Serve as the face of Mosaic in Rockford! Build powerful local partnerships, engage with state/local entities, and lead exciting community fundraising events.
• Manage with Strategic Vision: Translate financial metrics into smart operational decisions, balancing budget goals with top-tier service delivery.
• Champion Belonging & Inclusion: Model Mosaic’s core values—belonging, connection, faithfulness, and grit—while living out our 7 Essential Practices of Leadership.

Schedule may vary, depending on the needs of the people who experience our services, the sustainable fundraising events, community events, and governmental affair events.

Salary: $88,650 - $100,000

What We’re Looking For
