Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
• 5+ years in human services, including 2+ years in supervision/management.
• Experience in budget management, staff development and quality compliance.
• Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel locally/regionally and valid driver’s license.

What We’re Looking For
