Job summary

Flynn Pizza Hut is seeking an Area Director to lead multiple units, drive performance, and foster a positive culture. This role emphasizes developing restaurant leaders, maintaining service quality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across locations.

You will mentor managers, coach teams, and uphold high standards while thriving in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong people development and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.

You need

• At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry

• You are up for a challenge and love the excitement and fast pace of the restaurant business
• You are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation
