Brown Haven Homes is seeking an Area Construction Manager (Production Leader) in Seneca, SC. You will lead production across market sites, train construction leaders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction and Brown Haven standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of residential construction project management, strong leadership and safety knowledge, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in residential construction project management.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Familiar with job tracking, auditing, and quality control processes.
• Tech‑willing; able to learn construction software and use it daily.
• Physically capable; able to lift 80+ lbs and handle job site demands.

Responsibilities

• Drive production across all sites in the market and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train and develop Construction Leaders and uphold Brown Haven standards.
• Manage trade partners and protect customer experience.
• Lead safety, QC, and alignment with project specs and budgets.
• Review and approve essential purchase orders within defined timelines.
• Maintain strong customer communication and site-level accountability.
