Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Proven working experience in construction management.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Budgeting and cost control experience.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities from conception to completion.
• Manage project timelines and review progress to schedule deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations on all sites.
• Coordinate with inspectors, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
• Lead and train Field Workers and Trade Partners.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status.
