Job summary

Pizza Hut, a Staab Management Midwest franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to coach and develop Restaurant General Managers and build engaged teams across locations. You will drive sales, profits, and key metrics while upholding operations, food quality, and guest experience, and you will analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.

Candidates must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership (QSR preferred), and be willing to travel and lead

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel.
