Staab Management’s Pizza Hut franchise in the Midwest is seeking an Area Coach to lead multiple restaurants. You will coach and develop Restaurant General Managers, build strong teams, and drive sales, profit, and guest satisfaction across locations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership (QSR preferred), strong P&L and financial acumen, and willingness to travel. Must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation.

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
