Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations. You will drive sales, improve guest experience and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing P&L, managing labor and inventory, implementing company initiatives, and building strong teams. Travel is required; a proven multi-unit leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
