Job summary

FQ FQSR, LLC is searching for an Area Coach (AC) to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurant locations. The AC will work with Managing Partners to achieve EBITDAR targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year (preferably 3–5 years) of multi-unit operational management experience in the QSR industry.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Area Coach (AC) to oversee 5‑10 Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations. The AC will partner with Managing Partners to achieve annual EBITDAR targets while ensuring stellar customer satisfaction across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Managing Partners to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDAR, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring operational procedures are followed.
• Use selection tools to maintain optimal staffing levels and proactively address Employee Relations needs.
• Implement weekly and period goals, recognizing and rewarding team achievements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and deliver excellent customer service through the execution of initiatives.
• Coach and train Managing Partners, Co‑Managers and Shift Supervisors; support national training initiatives and new employee orientation.
• Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, college or university degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year (preferably 3–5 years) of multi‑unit operational management experience in the QSR industry with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to select, coach and develop managerial employees.
• Valid driver’s license.
